It is possible to achieve high-temperature molding, which is difficult with methods using electric heating wires or steam.
At Cap Co., Ltd., we perform laminated hot stamping molding using thermoplastic resin and carbon fiber woven fabric. We adopt a direct electric heating method for molds (Patent No. 5107417). By using molds capable of rapid heating and rapid cooling, molding can be completed in as little as 3 minutes.
